I am a PhD Candidate in Political Science at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), with a research scholarship granted by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). I hold a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), also supported by a research scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). I earned my Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from São Paulo State University (UNESP) supported by a research scholarship from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). Additionally, I received an exchange scholarship from Santander to study at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
Currently, I am a Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of Public Administration, Leiden University (College The Hague, Netherlands), funded by FAPESP. I am part of The Observatory of the Executive Power (OBPEX). I also serve as the Editor of the journal Agenda Política (ISSN 2318-8499). Previously, I was the Coordinator of the Working Group on State and Public Policy for the Brazilian Forum of Graduate Programs in Political Science (FBCP) and worked as a fellow professor in the Bachelor's program in Public Administration at UNESP Araraquara (2022-2023).
My research focuses on Public Policies, particularly at the intersection of Political Science and Public Administration. I am interested in public policy analysis, bureaucracy and policy processes, energy policies, ministerial politics, and public policy agendas.
